Amazon offers Xbox Live with Gears of War 2 Xbox 360

Retailer Amazon.com this week began offering a free with the purchase of Gears of War 2 for Promotion Xbox live membership Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360.

In the new offer, customers who purchase Gears of War 2 will receive the Xbox Live 3-Month Gold Card at no additional cost.

Amazon this week discounted select Xbox 360 titles in a new game sale.

Discounted titles include Fallout 3 at $59.97 from a $79.99 MSRP, and Halo 3 at $39.99 from a $59.99 MSRP.

It is concurrently holding a a new accessories sale for all game consoles.

NPD Group Inc. in Dec. reported that the Xbox 360 Console sold 836,000 units in Nov. U.S. sales.

New PS3 exclusive to be unveiled soon

The Dutch Official PlayStation Magazine announced that a new PS3 exclusive will be unveiled in the coming weeks. Apparently, while they can't speak too much on it now because of a non-disclosure act, they will be flying to LA to get the full scoop for next month's issue.


The only mention of 360 during MS head Steve Ballmer's presentation will be that Halo Wars
and Halo 3: ODST are scheduled for release in 2009. According to TechCruch, the Microsoft's CES 2009 will focus primarily on Windows 7, mobile devices and home and barely mention Xbox


Gameplayer: Tenchu 4 gets 9/10 - First Review

Gameplayer has gone live with the first online review of Wii excluisve Tenchu 4, awarding the game a great score praises the graphics, battles and the use of the Wii-mote at 9/10. Enjoy guys!!!
